Chasm Jumpers

Yes I know – Chasm Jumper is a strange name. But it reflects an approach to problem solving that seems to have followed me through my life.  It is the ability to listen to client problems, identify emerging technology and to apply this technology to jump across chasms that are holding my clients back.

This ability has allowed me to be invovled in a variety of unique opportunities – from developing one of the very first interactive programs (image replacing punch cards) to being involved in early CAD and GIS technology.

Now I am embracing the opportunities that are being offered by emerging technologies that we at ChasmTech collectively refer to as Smart Phones, Smart Sheets, Smart Forms and Smart Pens – that offer the unique opportunity of jumping the chasm between field workers and back office databases.
